Current Collaborations

How We Collaborate

IFELT was established in 2026 and is actively building its partnership network. The Forum is currently in discussions with a range of universities, research centres, international organisations, and civil society bodies across the MENA region, Europe, and beyond.

Partnerships take a range of forms — from joint research programmes and co-organised events to capacity-building collaborations and policy advisory work. All partnerships are grounded in IFELT's principles of independence, rigour, and open access.

Joint Research Programmes

Co-authored research papers, legal analyses, and Observatory monitoring reports — developed with partner institutions and published through IFELT's open-access platform.

Conference & Event Partnerships

Co-organised conferences, webinars, and workshops — bringing together partner institutions' networks and IFELT's global expert community for joint programming.

Capacity Building & Training

Joint capacity-building programmes for judges, prosecutors, policymakers, and legal practitioners — combining IFELT's expert network with partners' institutional reach.

Policy & Advisory Collaboration

Collaborative policy submissions, expert opinions, and advisory work — contributing to national and international legal frameworks governing emerging technology.

Founding Partnership Opportunities

As a newly established forum, IFELT is offering founding partnership status to a select group of institutions — with enhanced visibility, co-branding, and a role in shaping IFELT's early programmes. Founding partnerships are available on a limited basis.
